Your Responsibilities
  • Analysis of system requirements and creation of ASIC/ SoC technical specifications in close collaboration with our customers and the project team
  • Pro-actively drive and develop the specifications of ASIC/ SoC, custom IPs, infrastructure and control architectures considering automotive safety and cybersecurity requirements
  • Work in a cross-functional team to develop mixed-signal control and processing HW architectures for Machine Vision Cameras, Sensors and Systems
  • Analyze customer requirements to identify implementation risks and to determine key performance drivers
  • Develop and drive chip level architecture specifications through the implementation phase
  • Conduct feasibility studies based on in-depth knowledge of the industry state-of-the-art solutions and technical constraints across the whole product value chain
  • Act as the binding element between System/Concept Engineers, Analog Design, Functional Safety Management, Design, Verification, Firmware, Post-Silicon Teams and Central Service Providers
Your Previous Experiences
  • At least 6+ years of experience as an architect or lead designer in ASIC/SoC development, along with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Hands-on SoC development experience especially in analog, RTL design & verification, HW-SW system control and modeling concepts, and physical design constraints
  • Profound understanding of platform and system-level dependencies
  • Functional Safety and Security experience e.g. with the development according to ISO26262 or IEC61508 and ISO21434
  • Knowledge of the automotive application domain
  • Self-motivated team player with the willingness to get acquainted with complex subjects
  • Commitment and an analytical, structured and independent approach to work
  • Good speaking and writing skills in German and English
