Description

As Manager for Sales and Business Development (m/f/d) you will support the development of our market position and expand our customer base by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with (future) customers. In this position, you will work hand-in-hand with the Management of B-Horizon to reach our company targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Generation of customer orders through identification and address of potential customers
  • Development and expansion of sustainable and long-term customer relationships, as well as development of appropriate strategies
  • Strengthening of our market position with focus on service offerings in the semiconductor industry
  • Conduct market research, as well as trend and competitive analysis, collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Propose strategies, solutions and business plans to our customers to ensure order extensions and generate new orders
  • Build and development of technology collaborations as well as continuous expansion of our technology network
  • Management of business development for different market segments, including development of long-term orientation and communication
Your Previous Experiences
  • Degree as business engineer or degree in a similar field of study with high technology orientation
  • Joy in sales activities and ability for consequent customer orientation
  • 5+ years of professional experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry, with provable sales successes
  • The ability to understand technically complex contexts to consolidate and present those on a management level
  • A high level of flexibility to adapt to different business situations and team settings
  • Strong analytical skills being able to work with abstract matters and to communicate complex matters in a condensed form
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • High level of commitment, empathy, customer and service orientation
  • Collaborative skills, initiative, flexibility, solution oriented and independent work approach
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and German
  • Travel flexibility
