The groundbreaking on May 6th symbolized the beginning of the next phase of B-Horizon’s growth strategy: the construction of our new headquarter in the “Jakobssiedlung” in Sinzing near Regensburg, Bavaria, which will be significantly larger than the present offices. The own new building is for the B-Horizon GmbH a logical and consequent step, in order to be prepared for the market demands and opportunities of the future. With new client orders, and the intention to enter the Chinese market in the medium term, a further growth of the team of presently 15 employees is expected. The new premises in Sinzing will have enough room for up to 35 staff members, as well as own technical laboratories.

While the office expansion will allow the creation of new jobs, the establishment of the additional business division “Sensors” shall be a strategic move, and essential part of the future headquarter. With the development of a new, innovative sensor system, for implementation in the automotive industry and beyond, it is B-Horizon’s ambition to take part in Bavaria’s and Germany’s technology leadership in the future.

On occasion of the groundbreaking ceremony on the construction site on May 6th, the 1st Mayor of the Sinzing municipality, Patrick Grossmann, and B-Horizon founder and Managing Director Mohammad Kabany, met with Constructor Armin Zeiler and Architects Karl-Heinz Heitzer and Kathrin Wutzlhofer. Furthermore, representatives of our future neighbors InoTexx GmbH joined the ceremony. 

The move from the present office in Regensburg to the new site is scheduled for next year, and will only be of a short distance of few kilometers. “We wanted to stay in this region, last but not least for the sake of the stability of the team” said Mohammad Kabany, “The Regensburg Region has increasingly developed to become one of Germany’s top business locations. As a founder, I have experienced ideal conditions here, with high industry density, and many innovative service companies.”
