B-Horizon’s Quality Management Audited by TÜV Süd: Successful DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Review Audit

Our ambition to combine a start up’s agility with the professionalism and solid process structure of an established benchmark company has proven to work!

One year after the initial certification of B-Horizon GmbH according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, the most common industry standard for quality management and customer orientation, we successfully passed the first control audit in August 2019. Uwe Zelt, lead auditor at TÜV SÜD, visited us and entirely validated the continuous and consistent implementation of the standards in our daily business.

The successful review is a confirmation and incentive for B-Horizon’s team to proceed in the continuous improvement of our processes and standards for the benefit of our customers. This attitude reflects our commitment, and our company’s aspiration to combine a start up’s agility with the professionalism of an established benchmark.

B-Horizon first applied for the ISO 9001 certification in 2018, as we are convinced that an efficient quality management should be the foundation for all value-adding processes in a company, above and beyond the quality of the final products and services. The certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 serves as a tool to ensure the measurability and comparability of quality management in daily business and to ensure uniform standards for various companies in a wide variety of areas.

The standardization and optimization of processes is expected to lead to an increase in customer satisfaction and further benefits. It results in efficient and reliable processes as well as the strategic use of the identification of chances and risks.
