  • Develop and optimize a firmware to control a precise motion system (e.g. XYZ-table) for sensor measurement and data analysis.
  • Develop and optimize a program to control the measurement system and to capture sensor data.
  • Verify the developed software to ensure its reliability and efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems associated with the system.
  • Independent execution of manual and automated sensor measurements.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to contribute to project goals.
  • Documentation of all work items, including code and configurations.
Ihre bisherige Erfahrung
  • Enrolled student in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficient in embedded programming, with experience in C++ or similar.
  • First experience in programming machine interfaces using C++ or python
  • First experience in using G-Code to control precision motion platform (e.g. XYZ-table)
  • Interest or experience in mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Any prior experience with sensor technology or related projects is advantageous.
  • Good speaking and writing skills in German and English
